Grilling Throw Down- Light a fire under your team

A little bit of friendly competition can really improve team dynamics. Compete in teams against your co-workers for the ultimate title – Company Grill Masters! Competition never tasted so good. Your team is divided into groups and provided work stations of traditional and trendy burger ingredients. Working together, groups craft their burgers using their ingredient selection. Each team selects a ‘grill master’ to cook their burger and working together they plate up their entry for final judging. Our Chef and company representative supervise and judge the teams based upon use of ingredients, grilling technique, presentation and flavor. The winning team is awarded a fabulous prize and the title of ‘Grill Masters’. Each participant receives a Vermont Discovery Cruises apron and recipe packet. Afterward, the whole group enjoys a fabulous grilled feast.
