Where do I board?
At the Burlington Boathouse at 0 College St. Burlington, Vermont. This is also the dock of our sister ship, the Spirit of Ethan Allen III
Where do I park my car?
Parking is available at Perkins Pier - View Map
Please be advised that the parking area is approximately three blocks away from the dock. It is recommended to drop off luggage at the dock and park your vehicle afterward.
What is the check-in procedure?
The embarkation process will include, showing proof of travel documentation and issuing a credit card (if applicable) for their on-board Guest Charges Account.
All guests must activate his/her Guest Charges Account with a credit card or opt to pay in cash. The credit card must be present at embarkation.
Guests will be issued a stateroom key and room name which can be used with a signature to post on-board charges to their guest account.
Are there any arrival advisories?
Early arrivals may have a prolonged wait time in potentially warm or inclement weather conditions. For your comfort and safety, please plan for your arrival at the Burlington Boat House dock no earlier than one hour prior to the scheduled embarkation time.
Are passports required?
Passports are required for all international cruises, (i.e. the Discover Montreal Cruise/ and private charters, depending upon route). Guests traveling on this cruise will be required to show passports upon embarkation. Passports are not required for any other cruises at this time, as international boarders will not be crossed.
